Custom Website Design, Blackwood

The main business requirement of this project for AMS Heating & Plumbing Ltd, a Blackwood, South Wales based commercial and residential heating & plumbing company, involved delivering a modern website (that worked well on all the latest devices) to replace their existing website. AMS Heating & Plumbing realised that customers that have a plumbing emergency need to contact a plumber quickly and that means making it easy to contact them on a mobile phone.

We delivered an attractive website using elements of AMS Heating & Plumbing Ltd's existing branding (logo and colour theme) that now showcases their services and looks fantastic on desktops, tablets and smart phones. The new website was custom designed and developed specifically to AMS's requirements and includes an email marketing solution and customer relationship management (CRM) customer database, fully integrated. This means that the customer database is used to produce mailing lists for the email marketing system. The email marketing system is easy to use and is ideal for recurring newsletters and one off emails, e.g to send an email message to a customer on the anniversary of their new boiler installation.
